All the world around us is under Satan’s power and his control. But we have a balm in the presence of the Holy Spirit and we can live in this world in victory and with joy. If you believe in your head but doubt in your heart that God still works miracles, you will find this book a great way to take a closer look at the miracles of Jesus — then and now.  Jamie points out that the biblical accounts are either lies of the first magnitude or they are literally true. If they are lies then the Bible is false and Jesus is the biggest con man who ever walked the earth. But if they really happened, then the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead can work supernaturally in you. After reading this book, you will believe in miracles and you will know that God loves you enough to intervene in your life, today.

**********

Added Jan. 10, 2017 — New Audio teaching by Jamie Half-baked Christians — How easy is it to not turn over every aspect of our life to Christ, or worse, to go backwards. **********

Added Dec. 14, 2016 — New Audio — Home for Christmas — In this Christmas Eve message, Jamie teaches that the Bible is a book about family. All you have to do is to present yourself usable, just the way you are (May 1977).

**********

Added Oct. 14, 2016 — New Audio — Relinquishment of Control — There is something in each of us that says we can run our own life better than God can.  Yet, the call of God to his people is the call of the shepherd to his sheep. Added Aug. 22, 2016 — New Audio — The Joy of Salvation — There won’t be any joy in our lives unless the originator of joy, the Holy Spirit, is living and functioning in us. Without the Joy of the Lord, all we do is present condemnation and self-righteousness to others. But a Spirit-filled person is an attractive person and people gravitate to them. It’s the joy-filled Christian that will attract people to Jesus and make them want to know Christ. (Liberty Church, Pensacola, Fla. — September 1984)

 **********

Added Aug. 4, 2016 — New Booklet from Sermon — Unproductive Seasons — There are seasons for bearing fruit and there are seasons for not bearing fruit. Added Feb. 7, 2014 — Jamie’s novel, Jesus World, is now available again in paperback.

Have you ever wondered what Disney World would be like if it were centered on Jesus instead of cartoon characters? Would it be a good thing? Or would there just be as much fantasy as any other theme park run by robotics and remote controls? Is it OK to make Jesus and his message more “entertaining” if people are converted in the process?  Or is it better to simply follow the pattern of his life and his lifestyle, and make not just converts, but true disciples?

Jesus World, a novel, is a fictional study of the differences between high profile Christianity, riddled with compromise yet justified by countless conversions, and simple Jesus-like discipleship. Can both exist side-by-side? Or will one overtake the other, in the name of God?

**********

Posted on Dec. 11, 2013 – Changes – Senior Saints – Jamie teaches on the principle that no matter how old we are God wants us to be useful in His Kingdom. **********

Posted on Nov. 20, 2013 – Apples of Gold – Jamie teaches that we need to be an encouragement to each other and not bring people down by negative or discouraging words. Also, a short 3-minute excerpt from this message is available for listening.

**********

Posted on Nov. 18, 2013 – Effective Editing – Jamie teaches how in our Christian walk, we must learn to be very selective in the things we do, the things we share and the work we take on.
