When Peter was ministering in Jerusalem, even as his shadow fell on people, they were healed. “People brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as they passed by” (Acts 5:15).
No matter where you go or what you are doing, Jamie Buckingham says, if you are a Christian, your shadow is always falling on someone. You may not realize it or ever know the full extent your impact, but God is using you right now, working through you to touch people both near and far. Be encouraged! In ways you may never know, God is using your obedience for the purposes of building His kingdom.
