When Peter was ministering in Jerusalem, even as his shadow fell on people, they were healed. “People brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as they passed by” (Acts 5:15). No matter where you go or what you are doing, as a Christian your shadow is falling on someone. You probably won’t realize it or never even know about it, but God is using you and working through you to touch people, potentially people all over the world. In ways you may never know, God is using your obedience for the purposes of building His kingdom. Using the reference from Acts 5, Jamie Buckingham tells stories of how his shadow fell of people simply because he was doing what God had called him to do.
